About Me

Lindsay Weidenfeller is a senior Theatre Performance and Creative Entertainment Industries double major at Belmont University. A performer with interests in publicity, casting, and management, she currently resides in Nashville, TN but is originally from St. Petersburg, FL. Lindsay has recently been seen in roles such as Inez in No Exit, Isabel in It Felt Like a Kiss, and Nurse/Harriet in Sunday in the Park. She studied abroad at LAMDA where she portrayed Duncan and Lady Macduff in Macbeth. She also made her Off-Broadway debut in productions of Marilla and Anne of Green Gables in the chorus at Royal Family Productions. There, she also performed in a devised piece entitled Charlotte’s Ladies.

Alongside performing, she has worked as Deck Chief and Wardrobe Supervisor for multiple productions and in the costume and scenic shop at Belmont. She has trained in techniques including Alexander, Laban, Viewpoints, Linklater, and Meisner. Her other courses have included Stage Combat, Stage Makeup, Crisis Management, Social and Emotional Intelligence, Managing Organizations, Digital Production, and Distribution and Promotion.

She has spent her summers as a technical theater intern at the Ringling’s Historic Asolo Theater and as an educator for Ruth Eckerd Hall and St. Pete MAD’s summer programs. She is driven, passionate, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a hard working, intelligent student and professional. Her next project will be Pride and Prejudice with Nashville Shakespeare Festival where she will be understudying the roles of Lizzy and Jane.
